New Jersey Department of Labor and Garden State Employment and Training Association reblossomed their partnership in 2022, in order to be a main resource between Workforce development professionals, while providing top notch professional development for their staff. Within this, GSETA has provided the outlet for NJDOL to provide pre-recorded trainings along with various supportive documents and assessments towards new policies nad procedures being issued. This has continued in the more recent years with the Workbased Learning Initiative (April/May 2022) and Local Governance Modules (November 2022-October 2023). The work will continue on, providing all the supportive resources to the Workforce Development professionals in our state.
